They were a pleasure to work with for our project of updating our twenty year old condo. We felt that they really cared about getting it right. Trevor and Jimmy were great. I called and they were here within 3 hours. Cleaned my furnace and were able to get it to come on. When they left, the furnace turned itself off. They came back, and let me know that our Propane tank was completely empty. They arrived on time, finished the job earlier than we expected and the installers were very professional and cleaned up after they were finished. Our whole experience with Alpine was was great from start to finish. The head installer ( Jimmy) went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about our new furnace. A Bosch heat pump and an American Standard backup furnace. They had to re-run our the ducting returns (quite a job).
